Below is our clear and fair refund policy, designed to ensure your trust and satisfaction.

Standard 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Rise to Freedom program purchases. If, within the first 30 days of your enrollment, you feel the program isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a full refund—no questions asked. To be eligible:

• You must request the refund within 30 days from your purchase date (or cohort start date, if applicable).
• Contact us at contact@trailoffaith.com with your request, including your name, email address used for purchase, and order number.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

This 30-day window allows you to explore the program, engage with the weekly lessons, prayers, motivational videos, and community, and decide if it aligns with your recovery journey.

Transformation Guarantee

We understand that committing to a recovery program can feel daunting, especially if you’ve tried other methods before. That’s why we offer our Transformation Guarantee to ensure you feel completely supported in taking this step.

If you fully engage with the Rise to Freedom program for the first 30 days—completing the weekly lessons, participating in the community discussions, and attending at least one coaching session (if included in your plan)—and still don’t experience any positive shift in your journey (such as renewed hope, clarity, or spiritual connection), we’ll refund your full purchase and provide you with a complimentary 1-hour 1-1 coaching session with one of our faith-based recovery specialists to help you identify the next steps on your path.

How to Qualify for the Transformation Guarantee:

• Complete all weekly lessons, prayers, and motivational videos for the first 30 days.
• Actively participate in the community by posting or commenting at least once in the discussion area.
• Attend at least one scheduled coaching session (if applicable to your plan).

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Please note the following exceptions:

• Digital Products: Individual digital products, such as the Divine Journal Bundle or Addiction Recovery Planner, are non-refundable once downloaded due to their digital nature. However, if purchased as part of a bundle with Rise to Freedom, the 30-day refund policy applies to the entire purchase.
• Non-Engagement: Refunds under the standard 30-day policy do not require engagement, but the Transformation Guarantee requires active participation as outlined above.
• Cohort-Based Enrollment: If you join a cohort (e.g., starting on the first Monday of each month, such as May 5, 2025), the 30-day refund period begins on your cohort start date.
